To become an authorized dealer for Integrated Warranty Systems, you will need to download one of the following documents, fill it out, and fax or mail it to IWS.
If you are a dealer that will be handling on-location warranty claims (such as for HVAC or pool & spa claims), you will need the first form, "On Location Dealer Agreement".
Otherwise, please fill out the "General Dealer Agreement" form.
